Company Objectives

• Establish relationships with a number of disposable toy, gadget, gift card and book manufacturers with the intent to further develop our paper battery technology and license it out to battery manufactures around the world.
• Further expand search, evaluation and acquisition activity and commercialize the existing paper cell nanotechnology project and the proprietary Intellectual Property belonging to Vendum Batteries through the provisional worldwide patent applications.
• Expand and further develop the organization in the United Kingdom and USA.
• In-license and file new targets within the green energy sector.
• Sell off/license-out and partner for development the first paper nanotechnology so it can be brought to consumers.
